I'm In Need Of Ideas!!!

Next Friday I am going on a church related camp trip with all the ladies of my church (from my old town) and we are going up to Ensign Ranch. We do this so often and we all bring a pot luck item to share, and we all bring our scrapbooking or craft stuff to work on while we are there. Here lies the problem.. My trip is about 4-5 hours long, so I need a potluck item that will be able to withstand a 4-5 hour trip that does NOT need to be refridgerated or heated.. got any ideas?

If you have any recipes or anything like that I will be accepting them all! Please email them to me at:

Thank you so much!

I will also be bringing a Dried Fruit Coconut Oatmeal Cookie as well.

3 - I'll keep my fingers crossed for your testing tomorrow! 13 days isn't too early though, especially with the tests out there now that say they can test up to 5 days before you are due!

I'm not sure of a potluck dish that doesn't require refrigeration or to be kept warm! I would say your best bet is to bring something refrigerated and put it in a cooler packed with ice. Have fun! (Comment this)

4 - Michelle, yes I am hoping that it will read positive... The one I got was one that said it read 5 days earlier than normal so hopefully it does the trick.

I've decided that I am going to make Italian Pasta Salad with chicken and just keep it in the cooler, hopefully it helps, and tastes good. (Comment this)
