2 in 1

Here is the update to yesterday’s post: ‘An Interview With This Here Blogger’. I just got the email from Nicole over at Much More Than A Mom with her 5 questions for me. So here they are..

1. What would you consider your greatest accomplishment in your life so far (as short as its been, you young’un)
I would have to say that my greatest accomplishment would be marrying my husband and joining the church. Those are the two things that mean the most to me so I would have to say both of those. (Mushy.. I know!)

2. You’re hosting a dinner party with all of your relations and your also get to invite three people back from the great beyond. Who are they and why?
Ohh.. That’s a hard one. I would have to say Jeff’s mom, Jeanie, so I could meet her and see what she was like. Two.. Would be my grandma Barbara, because she died when I was about 4 so I never really got to grow up with her, and last but not least I would say.. My aunt in law, Joan, because she passed away with breast cancer and it all ended on a bad note between us and if she came back, I could explain that it all was a mis-communication.

3. What’s your dream vehicle? Why?
I would like to have a Cadillac Escalade and a Chevy Equinox, just saw the Equinox yesterday and I love it!! Ford has a new version out too called the Ford Edge and it’s super cute.

Cadillac Escalade

Chevy Equinox

4. What famous person are you most like in terms of personality?
I am not quite sure, since you can’t really tell a persons personality unless you know them, they often play characters on tv so I am not sure, but I do have the Rachael Ray enthusiasm, the Sandra Bullock coolness, and overall I am pretty laid back and outgoing at the same time. So whoever that falls under, feel free to label me as them.

5. What do you consider your best quality and why is it important to you?
My best quality would have to be my compassion. I love everyone and everything and I will do my best to stand up for them and make sure that whatever I love is not taken away from me. When I get to know someone I fall in love with them and I never want to let them go, stingy.. I know! But that is just the way I am.

On to the second part of my 2 in 1 post.. Here’s the answers to last weeks trivia challenge:

1. What breakfast cereal was Sonny the Cuckoo Bird "cuckoo for"?
C. Cocoa Puffs

2. How many flower pedals are in the design stamped on each side of an Oreo cookie?
A. 12

3. If black-eyed peas are not peas, what are they?
C. Beans

4. What part of the banana is used to make banana oil?
D. None Of The Above

5. What are the top TWO selling spices in the world?
B. Pepper & Mustard

6. What animals milk is used to make authentic Italian Mozzarella cheese?
B. Waterbuffalo's Milk

7. What was the first commercially manufactured breakfast cereal?
A. Shredded Wheat

8. What is the only essential vitamin not found in the white potato?
C. Vitamin A

9. What added ingredient keeps confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar) from clumping?
D. Corn Starch

10. What staple is laced with up to 16 additives including plaster of paris, to stay fresh?
A. Bread

Goofy J over at My Adventures And Antics was the only one to play this one and she won with 50!! She did a great job.

I really need to go clean my kitchen and make me some lunch so I am going to get off here and go do that. I hope you all have a great day!

Interview With This Here Blogger

Yesterday I was blog-hopping as I usually do and I happened to stop by Chelle's Blog over at Crazy Thoughts By Chelle and she had an interesting little proposition.. she had origionally been asked by Janet over at Dancing Through to answer 5 questions that were important or had something to do with her. So she answered her questions and invited everyone else who visited her blog to answer 5 questions that she specifically had for them, and here are the ones that she had for me:

What is your favorite thing about your new house?
I would have to say that I love my apartment the best.. I love the layout, I love the spaciousness and the architecture itself, it is very modern, yet clean and smooth.

If you could have anyone in your kitchen to cook, who would it be?
If I could have one person in my kitchen to cook with me or for me (while I watch) I would have to say... Giada De Laurentiis, Rachael Ray, or Curtis Stone, from Take Home Chef!

What is your favorite season and why?
My favorite season would definitely have to be summer. I love swimming, I love wearing shorts and short sleves, I love BBQ'ing, I love everything about summer!

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
If I could go anywhere AND pick the time... I would go down to Tracy, California in June to see the birth of my first nephew.. this sweet little boy is making me an Auntie!!! Hopefully I can figure out someway down there, although it doesn't look like it because mandii is due in early June and I already have a trip planned for early June.. eek!

What is the one thing you look forward to most when you become a mom?
This is a hard question just because I have longed to become a mom for so long and I am really looking forward to everything. The first time I hold my child, the first time we lock eyes, the first word, the first time my child cries because I am not there, the first time they say "momma" and to every single moment, being with them. I really can't wait.

*I should be getting a post from Nicole over at Much More Than A Mom with 5 more questions to answer so look for an update soon.*

If anyone wants me to ask them 5 *personal* questions then I will be happy to. By personal I don't me about your sex life or anything like that, get your head out of the gutter, I meant questions that are specificlly tailored to you, not just 5 random questions.
